Would I be considered a backyard breeder?

I have a Purebred Miniature Poodle with an unbeatable personality and is very healthy. I have met her parents and brothers and their all happy and healthy, to this day. My question is that would I be considered a backyard breeder for breeding my dog that's only "imperfection is she doesn't have papers. She's a apricot and cream colored girl that meets every requirement in her breed but she has white/clear nails which I find to be prettier anyways. I want to breed her for her looks, personality, and I will. I don't want to hear how it'll be more fulfilling or whatever to rescue another dog. The thing is I already have 4 dogs and one was a rescue, all i rehabilitated and gave a better life. The puppies she'll have will be given the top care and i want the experience of the entire raising of infant puppies and I have a list of people who want one of her pups. honestly I don't think I'm a backyard breeder cause I'm in this for the health, well being, and experience of good tempered puppies who I chose the mother of and not on it for the money. I'm aware of the expenses and I'm eager to bring new family members and joy into families lives, is that a backyard breeder/ puppymill/ or a dumb breeder?
