How do I scan my own website for viruses?

I have my own website but I am not sure if it is really safe for other people. I use Verizon-McAfee antiviral software and it doesn't know if there are any (ex. if in Google or Yahoo, it puts check-marks for safe sites). Is there like an app or other piece of software I can put or embed in my website that can help prevent or remove any potentially unwanted proprams (PUPs)? The Verizon-McAfee only scans my computer and removes PUPs in general.
