Guinea pig movong wierd?

My female guinea pig was having like hiccup kinda move ments. As she had them, her bottom was laid down and it happened like 3 times. What is it? I know guinea pig pregnacies are 2 months about but she gave birth to two pups about 3 weeks ago, which wouldnt make sense for contractions of pregnancy. Whats wrong???
