Should I get a papillion puppy?

At 16, do you have the time for a dog in your social life? When you want to socialize and go out, what about your dog? Are you going to abandon him to a crate, all by himself? Sometimes, you feel a connection to the right pup, and sometimes you don't. You usually feel that type of connection with an older pup or dog. Puppies don't have personalities when young, and are not interested in people. Just eating, pooping, sleeping and playing with other puppies. Do you have time to train this dog? Take him to classes for $130 + dollars? How about shots ($200 + approx.) Spaying a female ($350 +) neuter a male ($240 +)?? Grooming, also. That's daily work. If you are a responsible pet owner, the money things are a part of it. Plus food, and not people food, either. That is bad for a dog. When injured or sick, that costs a lot!! A broken leg, these days, is around $500.! Think, before you get any dog or puppy. It's not all fun and games.
