Puppy is really sleepy and not eating?

My 10 week old pup is just passed out, he's so tired and lethargic and barely eats. He'll eat like 1 small bowl of food a day and that's it. Should I be worried. He's usually sleepy and not hungry, but he's really out of it today it seems like, should I call the vet? or?
