I'm Thinking Of Getting A Dog But...... I Need HELP!!!?

I want a dog and i know a person who has some puppies and they are bichon frise x pomerian but they look more pomerian, when i first get one i will keep it inside until it is big enoough to go out but my dad doesn't want a dog in the house so when it's old enough it will have to sleep in a kennel but the kennel and have loads of blankets but if it was really cold out i would defo bring it inside during the day it would be in the house but not during the night, the person who owns the pup's said that would be fine but is it? i would never miss treat an animal because i LOVE them so i would do the best for the dog i have loads of pets and loads of animals because my dad has a farm and i rescue animals the whole time:) so what will i do? Thankz.
