I need a new haircut PLEASE help?

Ok, I really want a haircut like Hermione Granger's or even Bella Swan, (but mainly Hermione, though I do look more like Bella). Anyway, I have a high forehead, a long pointed nose, and small green eyes and prominent cheek bones. Also, my hair is a light auburn and VERY frizzy and gets dead ends easily. What can I do to cover up my big forehead, widen my eyes, and keep my skin from looking washed out? Would Hermione's highlights be a bad idea?
