Are the Bulls kind of overrated?

The bulls are playing very consistently and we still haven't seen what they will do at full strength after they play together for a while. But, the post season is different from the regular season. Miami or the Celtics would be tough, but the bulls have just as much of a shot as any other team in the east this year.
