Any Suggestions/Help on Training my Puppy Sharpei complete Recall whenever Called?

You have to train him to focus on you only. Call him with the lead on, command, give a slight jerk of the collar, when he comes praise. You need to train stop also, same principle meet him halfway with the stop command, each time he breaks command, reprimand and start over. Continue until you know he has it, then start adding distractions when you train him
