(Harry Potter) Which would you rather buy?

Depends on your age... if you are younger, most definitely a wand because it is more fun! But if you are older, you will find that it will be fun for a few minutes, and then maybe for a halloween or two, but otherwise will just waste space. In that case, I'd go with the necklace because you can at least wear that more often than you would use the wand.
