Was the Miami move of replacing Arroyo with Bibby good?

I say yes because I feel Bibby will suit the Heat system more as a point guard which is providing shooting. While his D stinks, Bibby has alot of experience in games and was clutch in Sacramento. as a 4th option I still think he can be effective.
