What do you think of the Mike Bibby replacing Carlos Arroyo ? Will it benefit the Heat?

yeah veteran leadership is already a plus. I doubt he can be a Nash with the talent around him. its not his game. If he can be a playoff-mode Fisher, that would really be good.
