How to stop rottweiler dog from licking us and everybody around!!?

we got a 2 month old rottie that loves to lick .. we are trying to make her stop licking our hands and our feet and face and specially our guests that come in our house. we tell her No and stop her all the time when she licks and we even tell our friends to not let her lick them but since the dog doesnt really stop licking them our friends seems to not listen to us and let her lick them anyways and i didnt want to stop my friends from petting the dog since they think shes soo cute and i know it doesnt bother them when she licks them but i would really want this licking habit to stop. sometimes our dog will just walk by me and sneak in a very quick lick on my toe and then run away from me . when no ones around she licks my 3 year old daughters face like crazy to the point where she gets scared sometimes.. we are planning to send our lil pup to obedience school when we can afford it probably next month but till now i would really appreciate some advice on this.. i do know its their way of showing affection but not everyone likes to be licked all the time..
